PUTTING: When you think you've got the right line, taking into consideration such things as slope, nap and wind speed, set yourself up to the ball and stay with your initial read.
If you are not sure of your read, do it again, but once you are set up over the ball, your only consideration should be distance - and how firm your putt should be. Focus on the hole and make one or two practice strokes that approximate to a real putt to help you get a calculated feel for the distance - then roll it away. |
